Lori Ahouse

Chief Operating Officer

Lori Ahouse is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Ross Strategic, responsible for finances, human resources, business development, workload forecasting and management, facilities, and other aspects of firm operations. Lori’s career at Ross began with over twelve years of direct client consulting experience providing program development, policy analysis, research, and facilitation for a variety of government and non-profit organizations. She also has more than a decade of experience in managing firm operations.

Lori received her master’s degree from the University of Washington’s Graduate School of Public Affairs and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Oberlin College. When not at work, she enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with her two sons.
