Molly Spiller joined Ross Strategic in 2016. She loves applying her experience in environmental research, policy analysis, and program efficiency and effectiveness evaluation to her work here at Ross, which spans a wide variety of topics from Cold-War era nuclear facilities clean-up, to Puget Sound ecosystem restoration and protection.
Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental policy and Spanish from Western Washington University, as well as a certificate in multiparty, environmental dispute resolution. She joined Ross after working for the legislature in Olympia where she researched effective ecosystem restoration techniques, and utilized Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to examine forest fire protection in Washington state.
When she’s not at work, Molly loves any excuse to be outside especially running, hiking, paddle boarding, soccer and basketball. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and entertaining her cat, Adi.
