Ken Ghalambor
Ken Ghalambor joined Ross Strategic in 2011. He has over 15 years of experience in natural resource management, environmental policy and planning, and program design and evaluation projects, with significant experience providing facilitation, project management, research, and analytical services for public agencies and foundations. His primary focus is collaborative processes related to watershed restoration and recovery that address the intersection between science and policy.
Ken has served as facilitator, project manager, and lead analyst and writer for several complex multi-stakeholder projects, most notably in the Chehalis Basin, Columbia-Snake Rivers, and Puget Sound. Ken also has substantial experience with community outreach and engagement, development of analytic models, and qualitative and quantitative multi-attribute analysis.
Ken holds a master’s degree in public administration with a focus in environmental policy from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, and a Bachelor of Arts in urban studies and planning from the University of California, San Diego. In his free time, Ken enjoys spending time with his family, being outside, meditating, reading, and eating delicious food.
