Heather Christopher
Associate
Heather joined Ross Strategic in 2017. At Ross, Heather applies her analytic, strategic planning, and program evaluation skills to a variety of water, clean energy, and transportation-related projects. She primarily works with public agencies, philanthropic organizations, and non-governmental organizations on projects focusing on renewable energy, energy efficiency, electric vehicles, and sustainable development. Since joining Ross, Heather has been providing strategy and implementation support to the Pacific Coast Collaborative (PCC) jurisdictions of Washington, Oregon, California and British Columbia—as well as major West Coast cities—for advancing clean energy policies across the region.
Heather has a master’s degree in environmental science and management from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and mathematics from UCSB.
Out of the office, Heather is a certified yoga instructor and an avid skier. She also enjoys hiking, drawing, painting, and frequenting her local farmers markets.
