Kutira Graham

Operations Associate

Kutira joined the firm in 2021 and is thrilled to be part of the operations team and support Ross Strategic’s wide portfolio of work in the environmental sector. They represent one of many administrative backbones to the firm and support several folks across the firm, including contract management, fiscal processes, human resources, coordinating travel for client meetings and ad hoc project support.

Formerly, Kutira was the Administrative Coordinator at Seattle Parks Foundation, they operated as a board liaison, donation tracker for 65+ local Seattle area community projects and largely advocated for equity work. They were also a social justice program instructor at The Mosaic Project in the Bay Area, a trail builder in the Rocky Mountains and a commercial fishing deckhand in Alaska. They hold a degree in Environmental Science from the Evergreen State College and are passionate about uplifting and supporting voices of communities of color. In Kutira’s free time, they enjoy perusing local farmers markets, sharing meals with community, and handwriting letters to friends.
