Samer KhanSamer is a highly skilled project manager and research analyst. She has supported projects across various divisions at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Washington Department of Ecology, the Puget Sound Partnership, the Kresge Foundation, and other state and federal organizations. Samer has led or contributed to stakeholder engagement processes, including key informant interviews, online surveys, advisory group meetings, and focus groups. These efforts have resulted in various written and visual products on topics such as agricultural best management practices, urban agriculture, and stormwater management. Additionally, Samer has developed resources for public health agencies and conducted research on injury prevention, emergency preparedness, chronic disease surveillance, and environmental health.

Samer earned both her Master of Public Health and B.A. in Public Health Policy from UC Irvine. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two corgis, going to Disneyland, and exploring Los Angeles.
