Operations Associate

Vaneiya (she/her) joined Ross in 2021 as a member of the operations team. As an operations associate she supports human resources, benefits administration and compliance, contract management, vendor tracking, and insurance.

She comes to the firm having worked in the insurance industry as a corporate broker for 13 years within business, personal, life, and health insurance, providing account management, administration, consultative education, and contract review for commercial and personal clients.

In her spare time she is an avid traveler and multifaceted artist, writer, musician and professional singer.
