We have a strong track record of building catalytic networks of organizations working on innovative approaches to scale energy solutions in the U.S. and internationally. Ross Strategic has deep experience helping clients manage the complex challenges related to environmental issues. We provide analytic, stakeholder process management, strategy development, and facilitation support to help clients respond boldly, creatively, and effectively to their challenges.
Ross Strategic is a leader in helping organizations leverage Lean and Six Sigma business methods to improve environmental results and agency performance. Lean focuses on the systematic elimination of non-value-added activity or “waste.” Ross Strategic’s Lean government work helps agencies use Lean methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government processes.
Public Health
We are passionate about public health. We thrive on helping organizations improve public health by taking an interdisciplinary approach and using a broad frame to understand root causes of poor health and potential solutions.

Natural Resources
Ross Strategic has the knowledge and experience to address complex natural resources issues such as protection and restoration of species, development of watershed strategies, and policies to protect coastal areas and forests. We work with a range of partners and disciplines to tackle challenging problems bounded by natural features, but that need policy solutions.
We assist with strategic planning, institutional and policy development, indicator definition and implementation, and process and information management for natural resource and ecosystem restoration and protection. We help agencies, tribes, local governments, community, and civic groups develop and implement systems to coordinate multiple stakeholders’ activities to achieve strategic, and politically supported ecological goals, along with measures for reporting progress.
