Darcy Peth

Darcy Peth is an experienced environmental professional with nearly two decades of experience advancing sustainable solutions in water governance, energy efficiency, and public health. Since joining Ross Strategic in 2010, Darcy has supported clients in government at the federal, state, and local level, as well as philanthropic foundations. Through her focus in the Ross water practice, she has led the development of publications that equip utility leaders with strategic insights and practical tools to navigate complex challenges and better plan for a resilient and sustainable future.

Darcy is a skilled facilitator, experienced in guiding diverse groups of stakeholders toward alignment on actionable outcomes. She deeply values the process of outreach and engagement, where the insights of community members are valued alongside those of technical experts and government leaders. She believes that uplifting less-traditionally represented perspectives can deepen every project’s contextual grounding and help organizations align on a path that benefits all communities. In addition to her work supporting complex multi-stakeholder processes and developing publications, Darcy brings experience in environmental and public health evaluation and has supported several philanthropic foundations seeking to assess impact and refine strategy. She applies a multi-method approach to assessing stakeholder perspectives and conducting quantitative analysis to help organizations better understand their own impact and improve future strategy.

Darcy holds a Master of Environmental Management degree with a focus in law, economics, and policy from the Yale School of the Environment, and a dual Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) in government and environmental studies from the College of William and Mary. She loves living in the Pacific Northwest, especially hiking and camping with her husband, two kids, and husky-shepherd mutt.
