Ken Ghalambor
Ken Ghalambor joined Ross Strategic in 2011. He is a facilitator, project manager, and analyst with 20 years of experience in natural resource management, environmental policy and planning, and program design and evaluation for public agencies, tribal nations, and foundations. He focuses on multi-stakeholder and Tribal collaborative processes related to climate adaptation and resilience, watershed restoration and recovery, and the clean energy transition.
Ken has supported multi-party processes on some of the region’s most complex challenges, from place-based efforts in the Chehalis Basin, Columbia-Snake Rivers, and Puget Sound to statewide efforts on climate change, water supply, and clean energy. His work builds trust among Tribes, agencies, and communities and turns complex technical analysis into recommendations people can act on.
Ken holds a master’s degree in public administration with a focus in environmental policy from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, and a Bachelor of Arts in urban studies and planning from the University of California, San Diego. In his free time, Ken enjoys spending time with his family, being outside, meditating, reading, and cooking and eating delicious food.
