Micaela Unda
Micaela joined Ross strategic in 2020 and focuses her work on climate change mitigation, adaptation, and environmental policy, working with public agencies, philanthropic organizations, NGOs, and stakeholder groups. Since joining Ross, Micaela has served as a strategic thought partner to a diverse set of clients, bringing an integrated approach that combines strategy development, measurement, learning and evaluation, strategic communication, and collaborative process design.
Her portfolio spans organizations such as Adaptation Fund, Builder’s Vision, Climate Lead, Heising-Simons Foundation, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, among others. Prior to joining Ross Strategic, Micaela worked in local government and led a climate resilience program to support the ability of vulnerable communities to respond to health impacts associated with increased heat through green infrastructure. She is passionate about translating environmental concepts into action-oriented strategies and advancing climate change mitigation, adaptation, and resilience initiatives that address the needs of vulnerable populations. Micaela holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and policy from Duke University and is based in Seattle, Washington.
