Micaela Unda

Micaela joined Ross strategic in 2020 and focuses her work on climate change mitigation, adaptation, and environmental policy, which includes working with public agencies, philanthropic organizations, NGOs, and stakeholder groups. Since joining Ross, Micaela has acted as a thought partner with a diverse set of clients from an approach that blends strategy development, measurement, learning, and evaluation, strategic communication, and collaborative process support for organizations such as ClimateWorks Foundation, Builder’s Vision, Heising-Simons Foundation, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, among others. Prior to joining Ross Strategic, Micaela worked in local government and led a climate resilience program to support the ability of vulnerable communities to respond to health impacts associated with increased heat through green infrastructure. She is passionate about translating environmental concepts into action-oriented strategies and approaching climate initiatives through an equity lens. Micaela holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science and policy from Duke University and is based in Seattle, Washington.
