Jessie Doody
Jessie B. Doody specializes in distilling and organizing complex information to support strategic decision-making across evaluation, planning, and program design and implementation. She brings a systems-oriented approach to process design, ensuring efficient workflows and surfacing insights that connect existing and new learnings to present challenges. Her work is grounded in intentional constituent engagement, elevating diverse voices, and fostering buy-in and ownership.
Over the past decade, she has supported clients such as the CDC, the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, American Public Health Association, the Kresge Foundation, and The Colorado Health Foundation in developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that promote health equity, address climate change, and improve human and planetary well-being.
Prior to joining Ross Strategic, Jessie was a Princeton in Latin America Fellow at the United Nations World Food Programme’s Regional Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting sustainable national social protection programs. She also worked at the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), managing custom population health modeling projects and helping private sector partners apply data to improve outcomes.
She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in international studies and Spanish from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and completed her training as an Emergent Learning practitioner in 2023. Originally from Bend, Oregon, Jessie is a proud Pacific Northwest native who enjoys many of the outdoor activities the region is known for and spending time with her spouse, daughter, and two dogs.
