Samer KhanSamer joined Ross in August 2019 and has developed skills with project management, facilitation, data collection and analyses, and report writing. She supported projects with various divisions at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Washington Department of Ecology, Puget Sound Partnership, Kresge Foundation, and other organizations across state and federal levels. Samer enjoys working with clients to determine their goals and how to best move towards achieving them while developing meaningful products that will be useful in the long run. Samer offers expertise with data visualization tools including Kumu and SmartSheets, as well as tools for virtual meetings such as Mural, Jamboard, and Poll Everywhere.

Samer earned both her Master of Public Health and B.A. in Public Health Policy from UC Irvine. She interned at the UC Irvine Medical Center, conducted research on campus with the public health department, and worked as a teaching assistant. After visiting her parents’ home country of Pakistan over the years, she has become passionate about advocating for low-resource populations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two corgis, going to Disneyland, and exploring Los Angeles.
